In addition to teaching in Virginia, I work and take classes at Unity Woods, and many of their teachers are excellent. The new session just began last week, so this is a great time to get back to it! I practiced it and loved it in the late 1990's but the class at the Y didn't start until 8:15 pm or so. I'm in Bethesda, so Falls Church and McLean is a bit of a hike.
