I have composed annual reports, brochures and website content for my clients. I pride myself on making complex material both accessible and interesting to the general reader.

My freelance writing covers a broad range of subjects, and I have published articles on both consumer and professional topics. Past stories include pieces on food and cooking, culture and real estate. 

I am also the author of a book on managed care contracting, Global Capitation, published by McGraw-Hill in 1998. Based upon my expertise in health care administration I have published several technical articles on topics ranging from insurance contracting to physician practice management.

More recently, I have assisted clients with social marketing and web-based marketing. I can help clients establish a presence on Facebook, Twitter or on a company-operated blog, updating web pages with regular influxes of fresh multimedia material. I have also produced E-mail newsletters and promotions for clients seeking to reach out to their communities of customers and fans.
